We are a highly regarded community preschool, catering for 4- to 5-year-old children and their families. We are known for providing an exceptional, community minded, child led curriculum. Our daily program is intentional, catering for child growth and development, stemming from children's current interests. Qualifications & experience

Diploma level qualification. Strong knowledge of the EYLF and ECE protocol and compliance in an early childhood setting, a must. Strong literacy, communication and interpersonal skills, a must. Ability to accept authority and directions a must. Initiative, commonsense and professionalism a must.

Tasks & responsibilities

Seeking a kind, creative, passionate, diploma trained educator. Each day you will be expected to contribute to the day to day running of the service, adhering to child safe, child development and child well-being, procedures and policies.

Supporting your team in the set up and then pack up of the indoor and outdoor environment, including the equipment and experiences, will be a big part of your day.

Working within a strong team environment, supporting the team leader and team members in the day-to-day tasks, routine and responsibilities of your group. Observing, documenting, planning and programming for your group of children.
